Players can create a Mii, enter their height then stand on the Balance Board for the system to assess their weight and center of gravity.  Once this is complete they can then create a training schedule setting target milestones to get in shape.  Wii Fit makes exercise fun with balance games, aerobic exercise, yoga and muscle training.
